These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9469-6887 Québec Inc. ("STORĪ", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our mobile application, web applications, APIs, and story creation services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using STORĪ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence (18 years in Quebec), to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use STORĪ with the verified consent of your parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

You may use STORĪ as an anonymous guest or by creating an authenticated account via email or single sign-on (Apple, Google). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. In Guest Mode, creative drafts are persisted locally on your device; upon authenticating or linking your account, your local drafts and creative data are automatically synchronized to your secure cloud profile.

STORĪ offers optional Pro subscriptions with auto-renewing billing cycles (weekly, monthly or annual) and optional one-time creation token packs. Purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android, or Stripe on the web. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (iOS), Google Play subscriptions (Android), or the Stripe customer portal (web). In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and applicable consumer laws, mandatory statutory warranty and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

You retain 100% full copyright, title, and ownership of all photographs, videos, audio, text, and creative assets you upload or synthesize using STORĪ ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership over your creative output. You grant 9469-6887 Québec Inc. a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, process, decode, and render your User Content as strictly necessary to operate the Service and generate your visual stories.

STORĪ integrates computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies (including Google Cloud Vision API and media synthesis models) to perform face alignment, intelligent crop framing, subject centering, and dynamic visual layouts. Your media is processed securely in transit and at rest. We do not sell your photographs or videos, and we never use your personal creative content to train public third-party generative AI models without your express opt-in consent.

You agree not to upload, create, or distribute any User Content that: (a) violates any local, provincial, federal, or international law; (b) infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or moral rights of any person; (c) contains unlawful violence, exploitation, defamation, hate speech, or harassment; or (d) attempts to probe, reverse-engineer, scan, or compromise our software architecture or network infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any legal warranty provided under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (Civil Code of Quebec) or other consumer protection statutes that cannot be lawfully waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9469-6887 Québec Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $50 CAD or the total amount paid by you to STORĪ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the application under Profile Settings. Upon deletion, your profile, authentication tokens, and cloud projects will be permanently purged within thirty (30) days.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and 9469-6887 Québec Inc. irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in the judicial District of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
